  The staff was very nice and friendly, giving good tips about interesting activities to do around the village. I liked my bedroom and the breakfast was perfect.
  Only one thing I didn't like is in the shared bathroom upstairs. The shower needs more pressure to work properly. It was hardly usable.
  Except this detail, I loved my stay.

  Stayed in the lodge for one night with en-suite and two nights in the hostel. Both were great. Obviously a bit nicer in the lodge, similar to a master bedroom. Hostel also very nice and clean and somewhat basic. Bargain. Thanks!

  I was just passing through town at night and needed a place to stay. I was arriving after check in, and staff was very accommodating and left me a key in the kitchen and said I could pay the next day. That was VERY appreciated. The room was small, but did the trick. Bed was comfy. The free breakfast in the morning was decent with toast, cereal and coffee. Great location!

  This is the best hostel for the money your paying. I've been in hundreds of them by now. Anyone with one star reviews should just pay extra hotel or 4 star b&b money or stay with francis brennan and stay away from us. Most review are unfounded or wanted standards they can't afford them self's. We had a great time surfing, drinking can's and everything else.
